Certified Training service terms

By accessing our courses, practice exams, or community, you agree to the terms outlined on this page.

Acceptance of terms

Use of Certified Training products and services indicates agreement with these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the platform.

Use of the platform also means you agree to our Privacy Policy.

Use of services

  • Accounts are personal. Sharing login credentials is prohibited.
  • You may not redistribute course materials or assessments without written permission.
  • Community participation must remain respectful. Harassment results in removal.

Purchases & billing

Membership fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Intellectual property

All course content, trademarks, and assets are owned by Certified Training or its partners. You gain a limited license to use the content for personal learning.

Disclaimers & liability

We provide courses and practice exams "as-is." Certified Training is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Disputes will be handled through binding arbitration in Austin, Texas.

Termination & refunds

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations or abuse. Members may cancel at any time, and refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis; contact [email protected] for billing help.

  • Account suspensions are communicated via email with next steps.
  • Refunds are issued only for unused membership time within 14 days of purchase unless otherwise agreed.
  • We may disable accounts that repeatedly infringe on intellectual property or community guidelines.

User content

Community posts, reviews, and other contributions remain yours, but you grant Certified Training a worldwide license to display and reuse them. Content that violates our guidelines may be edited or removed.

  • Do not share private information or credentials in community forums.
  • Respect other learners; harassment may lead to removal from the platform.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the content you submit.

Dispute resolution

To start arbitration or ask about disputes, email [email protected]. Arbitration follows the rules described above, with venue in Austin, Texas, unless you opt-out within 30 days of account creation.
